A Family Reunion Is Coming

This photo from the set surfaced this week and no one knew if this reunion between Lily, Rufus, and their lovechild Scott was geniune. But Watch With Kristen got the inside scoop on the situation and we now know that it’s true.

Sources tell us that the kiddos (Dan, Serena, Little J and Eric) learn about their half brother earlier in the season, but in episode five of Gossip Girl season three, Rufus and Lily finally meet their long-lost spawn, Scott, and he’s up to nothing more nefarious than trying to find his birth parents. He’s a good guy, after all!

Scott’s big story arc is in the first five episodes of the season and he departs after the big reunion. But Kristen seems to think he will show up in the remainder of the Gossip Girl season! But why do the guest characters have to leave so soon. But there is some hope here for Gossip Girl fans! Our listeners have voiced concerned and major dislike for the three episode pod format and this says Scott will be around for the first five (5) episodes. This could be a story that could actually be told with limited plot holes. Are you excited that Scott will be around for five episodes with the possibility of being in the rest of season 3?
