It’s time for another Hot or Not and this time Blake is the one up for judging.
To celebrate Halloween it seems that Miss Lively dressed up as a flight attendant for a party at 1Oak, complete with a new do. But don’t fear, the short brown locks (complete with bangs!) are actually just a wig. Still, this has me wondering, would Blake as a brunette be a Hot or a Not? You decide!
