Episode #110: I Haven’t Been This Bored Since I Believed In Jesus

● Did you like the episode? Was this a great season finale? Yes, I thought so.
● Do you think Eric got hot? He’s cute AND he can dance!

Talking Charlie Down
● Did you think it was strange that Serena was spending more time looking for Charlie than Blair? No, Serena isn’t that bright.
● How did you feel about Georgina in regards to the Charlie story line? I thought Georgina was one of the best parts of the episode. Now whether she’ll be as fun teaming up with Charlie/Ivy next season remains to be seen.

Serena Chooses Herself
● Serena apologizes to Nate and Dan, is this too little too late? Was the apology necessary? Talk about self-absorbed. Her cousin is hanging from a ledge and Serena has a lightbulb moment about…herself. I guess an apology is always nice but why did she need an audience?
● Is this a sign that Serena is growing as a person? Hahahaha.
● Doesn’t Serena always choose herself? Yes. I’m scared to think what will happen when Serena puts herself first CONSCIOUSLY.
● Gossip Girl Change: From Serena To Blair. Is this because Serena’s storylines were leading to no where? Maybe, but really I think it has to do with the strength of Blair as a character and Leighton Meester. Blair makes everything and everyone (Chuck, Dan, etc.) better. She’s the most fun to watch IMO.

Russell Thorpe Is Filled With Hot Air
● Was Blair really in danger? How do you think Blair handled the situation? If she was they didn’t really make me feel it.
● Did the Thorpe’s add or detract from the story line? Are you glad to see them go? Don’t let the door hit you on the way out, Thorpes.

Great Loves Are The Crazy Loves
● How did you like the bah mitzvah scene. I liked it. Sure it was kind of out of character for Chuck and Blair to be so…happy, but I thought it was fun and the Adele song was spot on.
● Is it best for Blair to be with Louis? Should Blair go with a simpler relationship or should she go with chemistry? We all know that eventually Blair is going to end up with Chuck. I think this dalliance with Louis is necessary. I think Blair deserves a good, healthy relationship and this will likely help Chuck mature enough to be able to deliver for her. I was also impressed with Louis this episode. He often comes off as kind of…boring and just…there. But I felt his feelings for Blair.
● Did you think Blair and Chuck would have gotten together? Would you have been ok with them being a couple? Waiting for them to get together will make the final reunion all the sweeter.
● Is Chuck truly changing? And what took him so long to get to this point? Will this change stick? I think he is. He’ll always be Chuck Bass, and all that entails, but I think he’s starting to put someone before himself and that’s huge for Chuck.
● Is Louis right for Blair? Did Blair look unhappy? Is she making the right choice? Ultimately I think that while Louis is good for Blair he’s not the right one for her.
● Can Chuck and Blair really be friends? I think we all know the answer to that.

Three Weeks Later
● Nate and Chuck are going on vacation. Glad to see these two get back into old school friend mode (also liking that the writers didn’t totally abandon the Blair/Dan friendship).
● Charlie is really Ivy. What does this mean for her character in season 5? And will Georgina be a factor in season 5? I didn’t see this twist coming. Unfortunately that just means we’re not done with Charlie. Sigh.
● Vanessa gets Inside published anonymously. What will Dan have to say about this? And who does the book put in a good light? And will Vanessa keep the money from the book? Do you think Dan will step up as the author? I’ve never really liked Vanessa but I’ve always kind of felt bad for her. Until she pulled that book stunt. So glad she’s done.
● Serena is spending her summer in California, choosing herself and getting a job. That scene with Serena at the beach was so laughably ridiculous.
● Blair is in Monaco for the summer with her future husband. But do you think Blair is really pregnant? I have no idea. I’m confused about the timeline. If Blair is pregnant it has to be Chuck’s…right? Maybe they’ll end up making Darota pregnant or something.
