    I really think Legihton makes just as much as Blake if not more. She would have to. Leighton’s character Blair is a very important character to Gossip Girl and is a fan favorite. Blake can act but we all know Leighton is the better actress. They would have to make the same amount of money.

    Another great podcast. You threw up some really interesting ideas and comments about the new season. I actually wrote down a few things on paper lol!

    Wedding: I totally agree that I would love to see Chuck stop the wedding. I think it would be good to have another wedding that wasn’t Lily’s and for the wedding to be in a big church and be a real focus of the episode, a ceremony we actually get to see, cause Lily’s first was kind of a second hand thought and the Rufus and Lily wedding kind of didn’t register because we knew they would end up together. I can imagine Blair trying to out do the royal wedding and being a complete nightmare!

    Dan and Blair: I would love to see them just be friends, because as much as Blair has Serena as a friend, I don’t think that they always have the most honest true friendship and I could imagine Dan being honest for he as a friend. I think they would make great friends because they are so opposite in their lifestyles.

    Serena: You made some really great points at Serena, cause I too believe that Serena gets everything she wants. It was something that came from the books for me, which meant I always had a dislike for Serena from season 1. From the books and in the series, I think Serena gets what she wants, but I don’t think she always realises that she does because of who she is. I think she tries to play that shes normal and wants to be normal, but she’ll always have this UES side, that sort of power.

    Dan and Serena: I hope that this is so done with, because I’ve never been a big fan (I always wanted Dan and Vanessa but that from the books lol!) I think that for Dan, it was that he was dating his dream girl, but the facisnation wore off when her realised what she was really like. And for Serena, I think it was a way of keeping a bit of normality in her life and she never truely realised until after the fact, how much Dan did care about her.
