I am a manga reader, although obviously this is different, and I just..don't know. I think they're choosing Vanessa so we have one upper east sider, and one Brooklyn character whose supposed to be more "relatable or other crap". But, that's NOT why people watch Gossip Girl. I at least, watch it to escape to a world different from my own. I'll give it a chance, but I'm not expecting much. I totally sent in the email about this. Anyhoo…
