I’m so excited for this but is anyone else not loving the cover? I prefer the first season’s cover.
How hard is it for The CW to take new pics of the cast for OTH & GG? It’s getting ridiculous.

Agreed. They need to take new promo pictures because they don’t even look the same anymore. Hopefully now that most of them are out of high school they will do new promo pictures.

i already buy all the epsiodes from itunes as soon as they come out, so i really don’t care, cause i have the whole season anyway. i have every GG epsiode ever, plus they put the bonus features online, on tv and itunes eventually. i think they tried to go with the whole look at us WE ARE RACY! theme. yes we get it producers, but honestly i think season 1 was worse than 2.

yea, im apathetic towards buying the dvd collection too. i can get all the shows online for free somewhere (probably with some fun chinese subtitles, too) and all those extras via torrents, the cw website or youtube.

I like DVD sets even though I get all the eps through other ways. I like having the extras and such. I guess because it’s good stuff to watch when I’m away from home and not on my main computer. And I like to have television marathons too so without those box sets Veronica Mars, Gilmore Girls, OTH, etc weekend marathons wouldn’t exist.

But I can understand what you’re saying about the sets because most of the time they cost so much money!

yea like this is MSRP at 60 bucks? i would have to shell out my life savings for this bad boy.

  • Ella

oh, well… i have all my episodes on my ipod, 80 G woot woot! i share the love of apple! so i never am without GG anyways, or your podcast come to think of it! and me and my friends have these marathons with my ipod… so i still really don’t care, not that i don’t see your point. and plus, you can always rent Gilmore Girls at the library. ALSO we get bored with it after two episodes cause mostly there is so much more fun things to do! like dance randomly to LADY GAGA! ha ha

and one tree hill and veronica mars, not to be offensive or anything… are just too old for me, no worries though! people will say this to me about GG when i’m old!

it’s funny cause i don’t know much about one tree hill… except that it is so weirdly dramatic and comes on after Gossip Girl.

what is MSRP? OH! thanks google. MANUAL SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE huh, this blog makes me smarter!
