Earlier this week Gossip Girl fans got the news that Bart Bass was coming back to the UES and immediately the mind started roaming. Could it be that Bart faked his death? Is this why we never saw Bart’s dead body or even saw the crash? What would this mean for Lily and Rufus and all of Chuck’s money? And the biggest question: is he really alive or is there a flash back?
