QOTW: What would make Blair a stronger character?

The thing about Blair is when she was at Constance she was running everything (she was the Queen Bee!) and she had the the little blairs (Isabel, Penelope, Hazel,& Nelly Yuki.)she always had a full social calender, and she was always scheming or getting back at someone and then now she’s at college (NYU) she’s a small fish in a very big pond so she don’t fit in and this leads the character being weak and co-depended on chuck. What she need to do is leave NYU, break-up with chuck, have her scheming again and being a totally bitch and get her some goals which she always had in the previous seasons when she is striving for something she’s at her best because she trying to get what she want plus they need her to run a company or something like let her run her mom’s fashion business while her mom in paris. or something exciting and true to the character.
