Spoiler: Blair’s Life Isn’t Exactly What She Hoped
We all know now that Mercy has been bumped up from mid-season to season starter there have been questions whether Michelle Trachtenberg will be able to fulfill her three-episode arc responsibilities. The answer is yes, she will be able to do her Gossip Girl responsibilities and here’s not ever having to talk about it ever again. Enough is enough and this hitch in the Gossip Girl plan has been too much of an issue.
Georgina will be back in the first three episodes to make Blair’s life a little uncomfortable. Blair will have a hard time adjusting to college life and when Georgina arrives as her roommate (in episode two) things really get worse for her. Also, a guy decides not to go to college at the start of the season. Did Chuck even plan on going to college? The safest bet here would be Nate, don’t you think?
And lastly, Blair and Chuck’s relationship seems to be the only other thing people are really concerned about. The Ausiello Files tell us that Chuck and Blair will find “an unorthodox approach to warding off the seven-week itch.” That sounds like it will at least make for a funny storyline.
