We’re preparing for our last podcast before the show returns. So tell us what you think the biggest moment of Gossip Girl season three was in your eyes! Could it be Chuck trading Blair for his hotel? Or Nate turning in Serena’s dad? Dan hooking up with Georgina? Or one of the many things that happened in the season. Leave it in the comments and we’ll talk about it on the podcast.

I feel like the biggest moment was the stupid Tripp thing. As much as I hated Serena, Tripp and that storyline, I feel like it was the catalyst for a lot of things in the show.

The biggest moment of Season 3 to me was in the season finale in which Jenny aka Little J swapping her V card to Chuck. When i first saw this my mouth was on the floor. I couldn’t believe she would stoop that low and have sex with the guy that tried to rape her back in season 1 especially when she made that high and mighty speech to him in season 2 episode 21 about he needed to be glad she didn’t tell her dad about what happen at kiss-on-the-lips party because Rufus would had to choose between Lily or Dan and her. so that moment made me question Jenny’s motives and path this whole season 3 and it showed that Jenny lost her true sense of self a long time ago and she was desperate for something to fill the emptiness inside her. because everyone hated her up to this point except for her dad, as blair said to her in the loft. and as Tyson said on the podcast this is what got chuck shot and couldn’t propose to Blair and made Blair runaway to Paris with Serena.

I agree with Oggies – though itès far from my favorite – the jenny-Chuck hookup was the event that had the most repercussions : Jenny got exiled to upstate New York, it has damaged Blair and Chuck beyond any reasonnable repair and it has the potential to get a whole lot of people mad at Chuck (Rufus, Nate and Eric). i just hope this doesnèt turn into season 2 reboot – where Chuck and Blair start another game of cat and mouse.

I also agree with Trixee and Obbie, the biggest moment was probably the Jenny/Chuck thing, because it set loads of things off in a way, and it affects a lot of people (Blair, Chuck & Jenny obv, Dan, etc.) and the aftermath will be interesting to see how the characters pick themselves back up after that.
Also, I think the moving-to-college is pretty big, as it opened up a lot for dan, vanessa and blair (like olivia and all the stuff she brought), and of course Blair is moving to Columbia now so it set that up to. So yes, i think big moments = lots of set ups haha
